This is the cumulative update for testers moving from open beta build 138 (0.1.0) to 0.1.5. Android notes cover the same release window; its build number differs.

Osmo Action 6 support, LEVEL and Double-tap Level arrive on both platforms. iOS adds per-camera Wi-Fi and Hotspot setups; Android adds Multiview. Multiview, Double-tap Level and Action 6 remain experimental.

iOS

iOS: new and changed

Tabs use one highlighted bottom/left edge, without boxes. Scrolling content fades softly at edges with more to scroll.
Multiview Camera settings opens a popup with one tab per camera and the same controls as Live View.
Multiview starts with Auto LUT on, shows HH:MM:SS timecode and uses Live View battery gauges. Camera options open in a compact floating menu.
Multiview repairs lost decoder references after returning from another app, retaining the camera connection while waiting for a new picture.
Center stage enlarges the main picture beside a scrolling camera strip, with Wi-Fi below Exit and collapsible tools. Grid fills the space; DISP and Record keep Live View positions.
Multiview uses the Add setup Wi-Fi and Hotspot flow: current, saved and nearby networks, remembered passwords, compatibility help and retry without leaving the password screen.
Your cameras: Add setup lets a saved camera connect over your Wi-Fi network or this iPhone’s Personal Hotspot, on every Osmo camera. Camera Wi-Fi stays as the other setup.
A setup connect shows a progress bar with one line of status. If it fails, choose Edit setup, Try again or Camera Wi-Fi; common router causes are named.
The next Camera Wi-Fi connect moves the camera back onto its own network.
New LEVEL View Assist: roll and tilt meters from the camera’s own sensor, with a bubble for top-down and straight-up shots. Shows No level data instead of a false level.
Gimbal drawer Double-tap: keep Recenter, or choose Level so a joystick or gamepad double-tap moves the lens to level or straight down. Experimental.
Osmo Action 6 support: live view, Normal 10-bit and D-Log M color with the official LUT, Photo and Timelapse. Not yet checked on a real Action 6.
On Action 6, an APERTURE tile takes the FOCUS slot with a live iris readout. Gimbal and focus controls are hidden.
Live monitoring with a look, peaking and waveform uses about 85% less processor power, and about 70% less while recording, so the iPhone runs cooler. Picture and frame rate are unchanged.

iOS: fixes

Shutter angle stays at your chosen value when changing frame rate; shutter time follows after camera confirmation. Opening the picker no longer changes the saved angle.
Multiview Exit retries a temporary pairing refusal before showing an error; cameras already returned to their Wi-Fi stay untouched.
Wi-Fi headings and fields align, Connect stays at the bottom above the keyboard, and connecting/cancelling waits for scan cleanup.
The joystick adapts between bright and dark ink over the picture, without a dark halo or image sampling.
Osmo Nano no longer shows zoom controls: the zoom chip, pinch, hold disc and gamepad zoom are hidden, and no zoom is sent.
DISP settings list Zoom Chip and Gimbal Stick only when the connected camera has them.
The REC and scan pulses no longer hold the display at its highest refresh rate, and paused clips stop redrawing.
Live View no longer freezes for several seconds after a single dropped video packet. The picture returns as soon as the camera sends a fresh keyframe.
Switching clips in Media no longer freezes the app while the previous clip is still being processed.

iOS: what to test

In Multiview, rotate and scroll the camera strip. Set 180° and change FPS: angle should stay 180°. Switch apps, check feeds resume, then Exit once.
Try Wi-Fi and Hotspot in Add setup and Multiview. Check current/saved/nearby networks, type a password in both orientations, cancel a scan, then reconnect.
Turn on LEVEL and roll the handle in FPV: the roll meter should move with the picture. With Double-tap set to Level, angle the handle forward and double-tap.
Monitor for 10 minutes with LUT, PEAK and WAVE on, then record: glass panels and the REC pulse should look as before, and the phone should stay cooler.
On Nano, confirm there is no zoom chip. If you have an Action 6, check live view, APERTURE, COLOR, Photo and Timelapse.

Android

Multiview network setup groups current, saved and nearby Wi-Fi, scans automatically with a camera, remembers passwords and offers hotspot help and retry on the password screen.
Experimental Multiview: the grid button on Your cameras monitors up to four Osmo cameras on shared Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot, with Auto LUT and per-tile or group recording.
Center stage enlarges the main picture beside a scrolling camera strip, with Wi-Fi below Exit and collapsible tools. Grid fills the space; DISP and Record keep Live View positions.

Live View uses about 65% less CPU with a LUT and 60% less with PEAK and WAVE on a Galaxy S25, and runs cooler. Frame rate and picture are unchanged.
Devices without Google Play can install the sideload APK from the project’s GitHub Releases page.

Deleting a clip from clip playback works again: Delete and Cancel no longer play or pause the clip behind the dialog.

DISP settings list Zoom Chip and Gimbal Stick only when the connected camera has them.
Live View no longer crashes on some phone and monitor screen sizes while gimbal controls are shown.
Live View no longer freezes for several seconds after a single dropped video packet. The picture returns as soon as the camera sends a fresh keyframe.
Live View no longer crashes over and over on some MediaTek phones. After two crashes it uses a compatible display mode for this version.

Android: what to test

If Live View freezes while the camera stays connected, note the time and send Connection setup → Share Diagnostics: it now includes more detail about the stall.
In Multiview, rotate and scroll the camera strip. Set 180° and change FPS: angle should stay 180°. Switch apps, check feeds resume, then Exit once.
Turn on LEVEL and roll the handle in FPV: the roll meter should move with the picture. With Double-tap set to Level, angle the handle forward and double-tap.
In Media, try Cancel and Delete on a clip. Over bright and dark scenes, check the joystick stays visible without a halo.
On Nano, confirm there is no zoom chip. If you have an Action 6, check live view, APERTURE, COLOR, Photo and Timelapse.

Availability and remaining limits

Per-camera Wi-Fi and Hotspot setups are iOS only in this release. Wi-Fi and Camera Wi-Fi are checked on a Pocket 4 Pro; Hotspot is still pending.
Action 6 support is built from a capture of the camera and has not been checked on a physical Action 6. See the Action 6 page for what is and is not wired.
Gimbal, zoom and focus controls stay off for Action, 360, drone and unknown cameras until they are verified.
A sideload APK and a Google Play install are signed differently and cannot update each other. Remove one before installing the other.
